High-Throughput Screening
Using large field-of-view optics and a proprietary high speed imaging system, the Celigo rapidly images multiple fields-of-view without moving the plate. Nearly all microplate formats (from 6-well to 1536-well plates) can be fully- or partially-imaged in brightfield and 3 fluorescent channels. Unique brightfield optics allow accurate segmentation of cells right to the edge of the well. Quantitative cell-based and/or well-based data are managed in a database well-suited for experimental analysis and interpretation. High-throughput imaging on Celigo provides several benefits:
- Very fast scanning (384-well plate can be scanned in <5 min)
- Straightforward image segmentation software
- Fully compatible with robot loading
- Advanced flow-like gating interface enables subpopulation analysis
- Accurate, full-well brightfield cell counting can be used to normalize assay results
Image-based screening in 1536-well format on Celigo. HeLa cells expressing turboGFP or FP602.
Celigo integration with a plate handler.
Results output options include a heat map to quickly spot trends and outliers.
