Automated Embryonic Stem Cell Culture Management

Stem Cell Manager is a series of stem cell management processes including an automated physical passaging of stem cells and high throughput embryoid body generation. The LEAP technology uses high-speed laser dissection techniques for large scale production of homogeneous stem cell cultures. Specific undifferentiated colonies can be selected, isolated, and systematically sectioned into clumps of desired size resulting in more reproducible, homogeneous embryoid bodies compared to typical manual or enzymatic methodologies.
