Rapid High Secretion Cell Line Development (Therapeutic)
CellXpress™ is a rapid, automated process that selects your clone, tracks cell growth and validates cell secretion stability prior to its use for bio-production. The initial assay clonal selection process (<24 hrs) generates clones of the highest secreting cells from a transfected pool of biopharmaceutical secreting mammalian cell lines. The proprietary in situ cell purification process quantitatively identifies the highest secreting cell followed by ultra-fast (1000 cells/sec) selective laser-based elimination of undesired cells. The continued process of real-time growth tracking and secretion stability tracking significantly increases productivity and reduces cell-line development risk.
