Celigo Software

The Celigo software provides an easy-to-use interface that facilitates brightfield and fluorescent image acquisition, image analysis, and data visualization in multi-well plates and flasks. The 4-step workflow allows users to systematically load a plate, setup image acquisition parameters, segment images, and identify cell populations using gates. Data is reported for each class of cells identified. A series of applications, e.g., DNA Synthesis and Embryoid body analysis, provide tailored analysis and reporting to simplify operation even more.
