Celigo Software
The Celigo™ adherent cell cytometer has been designed with elegant, easy-to-use software for data acquisition and analysis. Selection of parameter choices has been made intuitive and simple for both new users and experienced cell biologists. The Celigo adherent cell cytometer enables a smooth and rapid workflow for cell based assays that easily incorporates live cell analysis using brightfield, for label-free assays, and for live cell and fixed cell analysis using fluorescence dyes and markers. The Celigo system can acquire data and analyze data simultaneously from assays on all formats of microtitre plates, from tissue culture flasks. The system can analyze adherent cells and non-adherent cells with the same accuracy and precision in each of these formats.
The Celigo adherent cell cytometer acquires multiple frames during each X axis and Y axis movement, enabling fast scans of entire microplates with full well coverage. The proprietary optics allows consistent, even edge illumination and contrast, and the Celigo system software provides excellent artifact rejection and highly accurate identification of both adherent and non-adherent cell types. High-throughput processing is achieved by using a large field-of-regard (FOR) F-theta lens with high-speed galvanometer mirrors that scan a large surface area. These scanning mirrors can obtain a series of images (“fields-of-view” or FOV) without the need for movement of the sample carrier.

Using the Celigo System
The Celigo adherent cell cytometer is designed for use in research labs and core facilities for a wide variety of cell-based assays in both label-free and fluorescence applications.
Simply log on, select scan and data acquisition begins immediately. Automatic parameter adjustments help easily establish the best settings for each cell type. Data is acquired in a 4-step process. As the plate is being scanned, thumbnail images are added to the Results window, allowing instant access to the data. Once the plate scan is complete, you can view the results, save and export the data into a common file format (e.g. TIFF) if desired
