Application Kits

C-lect™ Consumables consists of application kits optimized and validated for specific applications on the LEAP system. Each kit comes complete with reagents, C-lect microplates and protocols.

Cell Purification Kit

The Cell Purification Kit provides a validated reagent, plates and biological protocols to visualize and purify cells using LEAP. Supplied with the Cell Purification Kit is a reagent to facilitate laser mediated purification of cells. Executing the complete Cell Purification Protocol combines the Cell Purification Kit with the Cell Purification Protocol operating on the LEAP™ System.

CellXpress Assay Kit

The Cell Xpress™ Kit provides validated reagents, plates and biological protocols to visualize and analyze the amount of human antibody secreted from individual cells. This kit provides a live cell assay for secreted antibody, allowing the cloning of cells for expansion and subsequent use in antibody manufacturing. Regents for capturing and labeling the secreted antibody are supplied with the Cell Xpress™ Kit. This capture and labeling occurs proximal to each cell, and a measured secretion is associated with with a particular cell using image analysis. Execution of the complete Cell Xpress™ Protocol combines the Cell Xpress™ Kit with the Cell Xpress™ Protocol operating on the LEAP™ System.

Cell Secretion Assay Kit

The Cell Secretion Assay Kit provides validated reagents, plates and biological protocols to visualize and analyze the amount of human antibody secreted from individual cells. This kit provides a live cell assay for secreted antibody, allowing the cloning of cells for expansion and subsequent use in antibody manufacturing. The Cell Secretion Kits include reagents for capturing and labeling the secreted antibody. This capture and labeling occurs proximal to each cell and thus allows associating a measured secretion with a particular cell using image analysis. Execution of the complete Cell Secretion Protocol combines the Cell Secretion Kit with the Cell Secretion Protocol operating on the LEAP™ System.

Stem Cell Passage Kit

The Stem Cell Passage Kit provides a validated reagent, plates and biological protocols to facilitate laser mediated physical sectioning of stem cell cultures into clumps of defined sizes for the purpose of propagating stem cell lines. Execution of the complete stem cell passaging protocol combines the Stem Cell Passage Kit with the Stem Cell Passage application on the LEAP™ System.

Stem Cell Passage Kit comes in either 6 or 96 microwell formats.

Embryoid Body Generation Kit (EB Generation Kit)

The EB Generation Kit provides a validated reagent, plates and biological protocols to facilitate laser mediated physical sectioning of stem cell cultures into clumps of defined sizes for the purpose of generating EBs from human embryonic stem cells or induce pluripotent stem cells. Execution of the complete EB generation protocol combines the EB Generation Kit with the EB Generation application on the LEAP™ System

Reagent and plates for EB generation comes in a 6 micro-well plate format.

Plates

C-lect microplates are optically matched for imaging and laser processing on LEAP. Currently, C-lect microplates are available in 96-well and 384-well formats, with additional formats in development.
